In strict accordance with the EU AI Act, we explicitly disclose that Lucy is a generative Artificial Intelligence system, not a human agent. She is an autonomous, probabilistic language model engineered to guide your experience. While she is designed to communicate naturally, her responses are synthetically generated. Users must independently verify critical business information.
Your privacy is treated as an absolute right. We employ a 'Client-Side First' architecture: • Ephemeral State: Lucy’s contextual memory exists exclusively within your browser's local session. • Zero Retention: The moment your session ends or the tab is closed, all conversational context is permanently destroyed. • No Third-Party Exploitation: We do not intercept, harvest, or transmit your conversational data to external advertising networks.
Our interface allows for voice-driven navigation and automated email drafting. • User Authorization: While the AI can stage actions (e.g., typing out a contact form), it operates strictly under a 'Human-in-the-Loop' safeguard. No external transmission occurs without your explicit, final execution command. • Responsibility: By initiating these actions, you assume full liability for the content sent and the requests made through our infrastructure.
This digital environment is engineered as an inclusive, barrier-free sanctuary. You are granted a revocable license to explore and interact. You explicitly agree not to subject our engines to adversarial attacks, prompt injection, automated scraping, or any malicious manipulation intended to destabilize the AI or bypass its ethical guardrails.
Generative AI models are probabilistic engines, not deterministic databases. Consequently, the system may occasionally generate plausible but inaccurate statements (known as 'hallucinations'). We provide this autonomous web experience strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of flawless accuracy, absolute security, or uninterrupted zero-latency uptime. Critical decisions should always be validated by our human designers.
Because the interface relies on a real-time PCM-16 audio decoder for autonomous voice navigation, we require explicit access to your device’s microphone. • Voluntary Activation: The audio stream remains entirely dormant until explicitly initiated by the user. • No Biometric Harvesting: We process your voice frequencies strictly for real-time natural language understanding. We do not extract, store, or sell voiceprints, biometric identifiers, or ambient background audio. • Stream Termination: The connection is severed immediately upon microphone deactivation or session closure.
Certain tools within our ecosystem, such as the Urban Data Engine, aggregate and extract public registry information (including PUZ, PUD, and construction permits). • Third-Party Accuracy: We act solely as a high-performance extraction and visualization layer. We do not alter public records and explicitly disclaim all liability regarding the accuracy, completeness, or legal validity of the data sourced from municipal or third-party servers. • No Legal Advice: The dashboard visualizations provided are for analytical monitoring only and do not constitute legal, real estate, or financial advice.
For interactions involving our commercial assistants (such as Villa Bookings or Restaurant Operations), human oversight remains paramount. • Pricing Hallucinations: In the rare event that the AI generates an unauthorized discount, incorrect availability, or mathematically impossible pricing structure, the business retains the absolute right to void the automated transaction. • Binding Authority: The AI does not possess the legal authority to bind freestate.ro or its partners to erroneous contracts resulting from probabilistic generation errors.
We grant you permission to use, share, and apply the ideas, code snippets, or text generated by Lucy during your session. However, the underlying proprietary architecture, the 'Radical Honesty Protocol' framework, the voice-navigation UI, and the cognitive routing systems remain the exclusive intellectual property of the freestate Digital Innovation Lab.
